Cancellation Policy
In order to allow our renters to experience the full extent of the Core Platform we require renters to provide 72 hour notice via email of request to cancel a booking in order to received a full refund of payment. We allow for 24 hour notice of request to cancel a booking but it will result in $250 cancellation fee. Failure to comply with these request will result in the renter loosing the payment submitted to rent the Core Platform. We want to insure that all future renters have an opportunity to secure their desired dates, there for Core Salon Suites strictly enforces the cancellation policy and are the only ones able to be flexible when it comes to this.
ALL CATERING BOOKINGS ARE NONREFUNDABLE as arrangements are made immediately after booking.
